How UnfollowTracker Works

Open Instagram and navigate to Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Download your information. Select JSON as the format and submit your request.

• Open Instagram on mobile or desktop
• Go to Settings → Accounts Center
• Tap 'Your information and permissions' → 'Download your information'
• Choose 'Some of your information' → 'Followers and Following'
• Choose JSON format (not HTML) and submit the request

Instagram will process your request and send you an email with a download link. This usually takes 24-48 hours.

• Check your email inbox (and spam folder)
• You'll receive an email from Instagram
• The link is valid for 4 days
• Click the link to download your data

Click the download link in Instagram's email. You'll receive a ZIP file containing all your Instagram data in JSON format.

• Click the download button in the email
• Save the ZIP file to your computer
• Don't extract the file - upload it as-is
• The file contains followers.json and following.json
